Hi Achala,
Drawing skill is something you get by practice. So, you don't have to worry, you just need some training in upgrading your drawing skills, and Architecture is a Science and not only drawing based.

Architecture is just a course.You can, but if you are thinking about your future, architecture is not just like a job, you need to show "what you can create better than others". It is not compulsory that you have to be creative; but again creativity, imagination and a good understanding of maths are 3 basic and important skills in architecture. If you have more skills then you can differ from others.You can get a job but after all, but your income gets affected.

Yes, you should take up architecture if you love travelling because in order to understand architecture, you have to visit the best architecture buildings which needs you to travel. Also, you have to do case studies on different architects as your academic curriculum activity to understand the concepts. You also require to travel a lot for it. Thus, architecture is the best option for you.

For government colleges, only seat quota is allocation through government. You need to register yourself in the local admission authority who will take your 12th marks and NATA scores into consideration and then issue a rank card. Then there will be counseling, where you will be allocated to a college.

In Bangalore, there are 3 seat quota's available, they are CET (for local students), COMEDK (All India Admissions), and then there is something called management quota, where a student approaches the college he desires and gets a seat.

In architecture, distance and part-time courses for B.Arch degree is not available in the country. You can pursue Diploma in architecture or B.Sc in architecture through part-time.
