As dates for both NATA and JEE are over, you may take admission in colleges that take students on the basis of 12th percentage, but these colleges won't be good colleges or you have to wait for the next year.

A candidate must possess 50% marks in aggregate at class 12th or equivalent with mathematics as one of the subjects at class 12th or 10th + 3 years Diploma (any stream) recognized by Central/ State Governments with 50% aggregates marks.
International Baccalaureate Diploma, after completing 10 years

1. School of Planning and Architecture - New Delhi.
2. Indian Institute of Technology – Kharagpur.
3. Indian Institute of Technology – Roorkee.
4. Sir JJ College of Architecture - Mumbai.

Yes, after completing Diploma in engineering, you can choose any branch in B.Tech.

Yes, as per the new amendment, the student should have PCM as subjects in class 12th with minimum 50%. Accordingly, you are not eligible. But, Council of Architecture is yet to clarify whether this rule is applicable for this year or from next year onwards.

None of the field is easy but if you are weak in maths, I would recommend you to go for civil engineering because architecture involves lot of mathematical calculations at almost every step.
