General: 68-72 percentile (600-630 marks)
OBC: 62-66 percentile (550-580 marks)
SC/ST: 56-59 percentile (500-530 marks)
PWD (General): Roughly same cut off as OBC (about 550-580 marks)
PWD (SC/ST/OBC): Roughly same cut off as SC/ST (around 500-530 marks)
A merit list constituted of 60% NEET scores and 40% interview performance is used for the AFMC candidate selection. Candidates are scored in order of merit based on their cumulative score.

Rankings: Just like every year, in 2024, on the ‘Medical (Government) the category, AFMC was put in tenth place by Outlook-ICARE . Campus: Some say the campus is beautiful. Infrastructure: Some say the infrastructure is good. Faculty: Some say the teaching faculties are great. Research: AFMC is also a research and a referral center engaged as well in clinical and laboratory research. Graduates: Graduates can serve as doctors in Indian armed forces. Reviews: Some cite it as one of the top medical colleges in India.
