The cutoff for the Armed Forces Medical College (AFMC) has not yet been released for 2025. However, the college follows a unique admission process where the NEET scores are used to determine eligibility, but candidates must also pass additional assessments, including psychological tests and interviews.

For reference, the previous year's cutoff for 2024 was set at 681 out of 720 for female candidates and 666 out of 720 for male candidates. This cutoff was revised later in August 2024 to 675 for females and 656 for males due to a low number of reporting candidates during the screening process.

Your acceptance into AFMC becomes possible because of your completion of every subject while pursuing the improvement exam for better percentage marks. AFMC specified that prospective candidates need to finish their grade 12 course with at least 60% overall in Physics, Chemistry, Biology plus 50% English marks. The application for AFMC selection remains open to you since you passed previously and aim to improve your grade yet meet the necessary eligibility requirements including medical standards.

According to sources, NEET/UG scores acceptable for MBBS at Armed Forces Medical College would range from 615 to 645 out of 720. The boys generally need 615 to 620 (AIR 4000 to 5000), while girls require 640-645 (AIR 2000-3000) because of fewer seats (25 vs. 105).

An initial NEET cutoff is considered, followed by an AFMC screening (ToELR, interview, medicals) that adjusts this merit list. This goes down to 550-580 for reserved categories.
