There are plenty of videos on Youtube that will help you better in this regard by making you clear about each stage and tips to tackle them easily. You go through according examination which is being conducted by the army head quarter thereafter SSB and medicals and become an officer in. Indian army but capt rank is directly not given to the candidate starting rank is lieutenant then after 2 year of service on Indian Army, you will be promoted to the capt rank.

Yes, it is possible when you will successfully clear the entrance exam and the SSB interview. The tests are CDS for all the wings of indian army and AFCAT special for airforce. And the well know inter-school entrance NDA.
