There is no particular period for admissions.

There is no such entrance exam. You can directly contact the flying school and they shall arrange for all your admission formalities.

You can either apply directly to colleges which take admission merit wise or you should prepare for CAT to get through the entrance and enrol in some of the premier institutes in India.

It's very good to know that you have a good dream. But one needs to work hard to achieve dreams. Basically you should have PCM in 12th for thinking of this course. There are some finer criterias for which I suggest you contact Institute directly.

When you ask a query you must be very specific what you are asking. Bombay flying club offers various courses such as:
CPL commercial pilots license
AME Aircraft Maintenance Engineer
Cabin Crew training
B.Sc Aeronautics
B.Sc aviation
Except for cabin crew you must have completed minimum 17 years age
