70% of seats are filled through TS EAMCET counselling (A-Category), and 30% through management quota (B-Category) via the college.

Yes, AVNIET does provide scholarships. If you get a good rank in TS EAMCET, you can get a big fee concession — in some cases even 100% tuition waiver. Students from SC, ST, BC, EBC, and minority categories can also apply for Telangana government fee reimbursement.
