I think there is no college in this location. You can try nearby areas like Noida, Lucknow, and Jhansi. Check/Apply for AKTU University and some private colleges as per your parameters of fees and distance.

Important dates related to NATA is from April to July. Examination runs for 4 months every weekends with 3 attempt. You can give Examination of Nata and then apply for cllg as per your preference. If college is under government university, you have to wait for counselling process. Or If cllg is Private then you can apply directly to that cllg

The fees structure for Bachelor of architecture at GITAM school of architecture visakhapatnam is mentioned below
1.the fees will be around 2,90,000 per year which will costs around 15 Lacs for the entire course
2.the hostel fees will be also costs 1,20,000 for the year and it costs around 8 Lacs per the entire course

To be qualified for JEE Advanced, one must fulfill certain specified criteria like clearing the JEE Main exam with ranking among the top 2,50,000 candidates. If you got 86.35 percent in the JEE Mains B.Arch exam, you need to check if your rank comes in that bracket. Getting admission in NITs for B.Arch and B.Planning depends upon percentile as well as the factors like your category, seat availability in the respective state and state quota for SC/ ST/ OBC students which surpass 90.6 percentile in B.Arch and 92.4 percentile in B. Planning in JEE Mains Paper II.
For B.Arch and B.Planning, it depends on the Gen cateogy students throwning out their percentage so as to explain the NIT cutoffs. Commonly it varies from 94-98 percentile for top most NITs like NIT Trichy and NIT Calicut only. However, for NC-OBC, SC, and ST categories, the cutoff can be low about 85- 92 percentile.
