Normally, a B Arch from Purbanchal University, Nepal would be valid in India.

However, the degree acceptance for M.Arch changes from one university to another. It must be remembered that most of the Indian universities require that the B.Arch be validated by Coi Architecture, CoA, in India.

Thus, it becomes important to check with Purbanchal University whether that B-Arch programme is CoA approved.

the applicants should also check with the admission stipulations for the specific M.Arch course they wish to opt for because some institutions may have extra requirements or entrance examinations.

Hence, even though you might be open to pu

With the rank of 1774 in OBC NCL categeogy it's quite difficult to get any NIT with B.Arch as your branch.

Few of them including private ones, you can consider are:

  • NIT Raipur (some chance)
  • National Institute of Technology (NIT) Patna
  • National Institute of Technology (NIT) Hamirpur
  • School of Planning and Architecture (SPA) Bhopal
  • School of Planning and Architecture (SPA) Vijayawada

You may considr other private colleges provinding B.Arch as a course.

With a 72 percentile in JEE B.Arch and 65.50% in Class 12th, you might get into Bharatiya Kala Prasarini Sabha's College of Architecture. Specific eligibility criteria may differ for different institutions, but many architecture colleges consider the score in JEE B.Arch along with Class 12th marks.

With such a nice percentage in your 12th exams and a respectable score in NATA, you have a very good chance for getting B.Arch admission at GEC, Thrissur. For you to be eligible, the criteria require a minimum of 50% in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics in your 12th exams, which you easily meet.

Though the specific cutoffs can change each year, the closing rank for the B.Arch course was 175 for the General category, in 2024.

I advice you reaching out directly to the college's admission office or checking their official website for the most accurate and up-to-date information.

Best of luck with your application.
