BBA is overall better choice and DTU is as good as DU. So yes my advice for you is to choose DTU BBA over DU B.Com.

Hello Riya Singh,
ICSI has signed a MoU with Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) using which students and members can transfer their credits of their CS programme till Executive level to earn a UG degree. Apart from the CS papers, you may be required to appear and clear certain papers offered by the IGNOU. At the end, you will be offered B.Com (Corporate Affairs and Administration) degree from IGNOU. Yes, of course you can do B.Com with your BBA from correspondence or Distance. But maybe honors will not be available in distance mode but can be possible through correspondence.

Two regular degree courses can not be done together. So avoid this. However one distance degree course can be done with regular degree course.
So B.Ed and B.Com, in regular streams can not be done together.
