You can take part in counseling for B.Ed colleges in your state or some colleges give direct admissions too. But for govt colleges you must be a part in counseling and the college will be decided on your degree marks.

You cannot get immediate B.Com degree. It takes some years. And above that be careful when you take admission from the specific university. They have some issues with UGC regulations.
