As per the eligibility criteria, The applicant must have studied and passed Mathematics/Business Mathematics at the qualifying examination for admission to B. Com. (Hons.).
Hence without Math candidates in class 12th are not eligible for B.Com (Hons) at LSRC.

For B.Com, the College has an Online Application System through a facility on its website. This facility is made available from second half of May.
Admission to B.Com is through the College Office (Commerce Section), by filling up and submitting a form, and through an interview with the Vice Principal of the Commerce section or his representative.
So the B.Com admissions are based on Merit (12th marks)+ Interview, Hence no entrance exam is required for B.Com admission.

That will depend upon you, whether you want to do it or not. But to attend your CA final you have to do the articleship. But I have seen many who are completing their graduation along with CA articleship. Good luck.

Yes off course, it is not mandatory to opt mathematics to pursue B.Com(Hons). Because even in B.Sc we have choices among the science subjects and mathematics.
