Firstly you should shortlist few good b schools for MBA HR. XLRI, TISS, Iims, DMS PUMBA, JBIMS, FMS, SYMBOSIS are few renowned b schools for HRM. You can prepare for CS course along with or after MBA. LL.B. +CS preparation is also an option.

On the basis of your B.Com You can apply in the following Institutes for Fashion Design PG courses.
1. NIFT (For M. Des& MFM courses)
2. World University of Design, Sonepat
3. Pearl Academy, New Delhi
4. J. D. Institute of Fashion Technology, New Delhi
5. INIFD, Pitampura New Delhi
6. MIT ADT Pune.

Yes, it is highly possible to score well in the MBA. Your graduation marks will not affect your post-graduation marks, it all depends on your hard work and study.
