You are a B.Com graduate, you can do MBA and there is no age restriction.

(a) Candidates must be holding graduation degree I. e. BCA/B.Sc (Hons. )/B.Sc/BIT as per 10+2+3 pattern from a recognised University (b) Candidates must have studied mathematics or statistics or equivalent subject during graduation degree. Candidates with B.Com are not eligible for appearing in NIMCET.

Yes, but you need to have a minimum of 50% graduation score and valid entrance exam score like CAT/CMAT/MAT/ GMAT/CET for admissions.
