Both, you and I will agree that your percentage is on the lower side, but you can get admission in various private college, which are good education basis. In Kolkata, there are colleges like THK Jain, which provide direct admission. You can also go for IGNOU degree, if needed. Best wishes.

For B.Com, it was around 70 and for BBA also around is was around 70.
