Hi Balvir,
This probably is something you have to figure it out based on your career plans and personal choices. Depends what kind of job you want to do, what type of experience you had, in which field, etc. You can probably apply for an MBA. If you want to get into research or academics side you can do MS. PG Diploma courses are also good and are job ready. You have to make some comparison and decide what is best for you. If you want to apply for PR, you should probably contact an immigration officer or check country specific immigration websites and learn about the jobs in demand. Yes, it is compulsory to get passing marks in maths. But it's not compulsory to add it in your best four percentage.

You can go for banking by pursuing any of the courses as the entrances for most of the banks are aptitude tests. Being a science student, you should go for B.Sc as it would help you a lot with your concepts.

Can you please clearly mention your percentile? It will help me in giving you a better opinion. If you don't wish to disclose it, then it's fine. Anyway, your scores in 10th, 12th are not so bad. Your marks should not be an issue for you to get admission into XLRI.
