For MBA, you must have atleast 50% in Graduation.
For MBA, you have to give entrance exams like CAT, CMAT, etc. to get admission in top MBA colleges with according to your score in this exams.

Hello Kirubha,
If you had queried with precise request, better advise could have been given. However, it seems that you have passed 12th many years ago, have experience of working for eight years and now want to learn something. It's really good to know this. I will advise you to get brochure cum application form of IGNOU. It has really large & different courses for almost everyone. You too will find one that you like. Just go for it.

For idea and entrepreneurship, I would recommend you should watch Shark tank or Vault online series related to entrepreneurship.
And, join Start-up groups through Facebook. If any facility of INCUBATOR FACILITY in your B-School, you may contact them with your idea.

As per newspapers reports, Delhi University is planning to scrap the cut-off system and move to an entrance test for admissions in undergraduate courses from the academic session 2017-18 but university is yet to issue notification on same. You are advised to wait for DU notification for the academic session 2017-18 to have clarity on subject.
