There are lots of Diploma courses available but it is suggested You should go with masters degree as masters have better scope then Diploma as Diploma will not give you better career Prospects
You may choose better Degrees like M.com Masters in Finance MBA or PGDBM etc
If you still want to go with Diploma you can choose University like Madurai Kamraj, University of Madras or KSOU they have afforable fee structures look at their website every thing listed there

Batul, as a BCom student i would recommend you to avoid technical areas in computers since you would have to compete with BTechs/ MCAs for the job. So we are largely left with Design or Support Services. Now support services is largely a low skilled job with good salaries but low growth, so the better option is design - graphics, web, vfx or animation. I would suggest focussing on the same. A good mentor and wise selection of courses with a good school, followed by diligent learning, would get you a head start in your career. However, you must check your suitability for this field. Animation is an art form and a very demanding career.

Who told you they dont have scope at abroad?
CA ICWA CS are accepted all over world
and they are very renowned course
in Gulf demand of ICWA is very much and they are paid well
CA and CS are equivalent to CS and CA course of USA and UK when you pass an exam there you are eligible to practice there aswell
These course are best avialable and cheap course for commerce aswell as any student who want a good career in accounts corporate governance and Finance
By doing these courses You will not need to go abroad you will earn handsomely in India only
By the way ACCA CIMA CFA are not easier you also need an indepth study on it
