As both the courses are good but opting for Bcom but I would like to suggest that as you have already completed ITI (industrial training institute) in MMV (motor mechanic vehicle) opting for diploma in automobile will be a better decision then you can also take admission in different institutes by giving LEET (Lateral Entrance Examination Test).
Bcom is entirely a different domain so pursuing diploma in automobile will be a better option.
Refer to the below link to know about the institutes offering Diploma in Automobile Engineering:

It's nice to have additional knowledge of any European language. There are various Italian companies coming to India. They look for candidates with foreign language skills, which in turn, facilitate better communication
Popular choices of foreign languages in India:
The most popular choice in India seems to be French, followed by Spanish, German, Chinese and Japanese.
Other languages are learnt as an optional either at collegiate level or out of personal interest and professional needs.
If you desire to work abroad especially Canada or Mexico, then you got to know French.
