2024 EWS cutoff percentile for CSE at MBM Jodhpur was approximately 81.00
General category cutoffs in recent years ranged between 85 – 90 for CSE
Since you're above the EWS cutoff but fall below the general—though in a borderline territory—your percentile is promising.
Expected general-category closing rank for CSE at MBM during REAP is estimated roughly between 10,000 – 30,000.

Yes, you can get lateral access into B.E. Mechanical Engineering at Akash Group of Institutions if you have finished a degree in Mechanical or associated discipline.
You need at least 50% marks in degree and should publish your files at some point of admission.

Yes, B.E. students at Chandigarh University can apply for the CUET-UG scholarship, and it's actually a great option if you've already given CUET. When I was applying, I found out that CU offers scholarships based on CUET score too—not just through their own CUCET exam. If you've scored above the 90th percentile, you can get up to 50% off on your semester fees. Even if your score is between 80 and 89, you're still eligible for a 15-30% scholarship, which really helps with the overall fee. Top B.E/B.Tech colleges in Maharashtra include IIT Bombay, COEP Pune, VJTI Mumbai, Walchand Sangli, PICT Pune, and MIT WPU. Admission is mainly through MHT-CET or JEE Main scores.

Yes, Government Engineering College, Karwar normally has an admission to its B.E. in Computer Science and Engineering course through lateral entry. The mode ensures that the students holding diploma, in a course related to engineering, can directly enter the second year of the B.E. course, and thus the course from this mode takes 3 years. With 90 percentile in MHT-CET, it is difficult to get admission in Computer Science and Engineering at Government College of Engineering, Nagpur.
The cutoff for CSE is usually around 94 to 96 percentile for general category.
You may have better chances in other branches like Electrical or Electronics, but not likely for CSE.

No B.E Cyber security course is not available in Kongu Engineering college
It offers only following courses
1 B.E in computer Science engineering
2 B.Tech in artificial intelligence and Data science
3 B.Tech in Artificial intelligence and machine learning
4 B.E in electrical and electronics engineering

As you have scored 80.5 percent which less than the 90 percent so, you may not get the lateral entry admission in Sri ShivaSubramaniam College i.e (SSN college of Engineering) which offers 2nd year to 4 th year course
As resident of Chennai you apply through TNEA counciling process for lateral entry
