Well, first you have to clarify about what do you understand by low rank and low fees.

As a student of MNNIT, I got 97 percentile in Mains and if you consider that as a low rank then I would say, you can certainly get a good college with 10 Lacs fees for whole of btech.

If you have a percentile above 96 for general candidate then you can certainly find a good college with low fees but below that it gets tough

If you got percentile in 90s and 80s then it would be quite difficult to find a good B.Tech college with low fees.

Though there are platforms like College pravesh and siksha where you can check for college reviews or give other exams

 LDRP Institute of Technology and Research BTech cutoff 2025 was released for various Home State categories for the BE course. 

For the General HS quota, the overall cutoff ranged from 19600 to 50795. Students can refer to the table below to know the first and last round cutoff for all courses for this category.

Sarvajanik College of Engineering and Technology GUJCET cutoff 2025 was released for admission to several BTech courses, with BTech CSE being one of them.  

For the General HS quota, the overall cutoff ranged from 5154 to 6301. Hence, students who belong to this category had to attain a rank of at least 6301 to be considered for admission.

Sarvajanik College of Engineering and Technology BTech cutoff 2025 for the OBC category students belonging to the Home State quota ranged from 13199 to 35651 for several BTech courses. 

In the first round, BTech CSE was the most competitive course, with a cutoff of 13199, and in the last round, BTech in Artificial Intelligence and Data Science turned out to be the most competitive, with a cutoff of 11914
