One has to register in the DU admission portal. In that process one has to fill all the detail along with CUET score . After that a merit list is released.
Registration is followed by release of merit list and then other formalities of admission.

Eligibility Criteria for B. Lib. Sc: Candidates who have qualified for their 10+2 or equivalent examination in any discipline with at least 50 percent marks for the general category and 45 percent marks for the Schedule Caste, Schedule Tribe, or Other Backword Caste category are eligible for the Bachelor of Library Science programme. You can do B. Lib. Science course from Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning (SCDL), IGNOU etc. While doing your army job. I hope this will help you.

IGNOU will soon commence the Librarian course admission for January 2023 session. Students can generally enroll till 30 March 2023 (Tentative). The one-year Bachelor of Library and Information Science (BLIS) program is open to enrollment during both the academic and calendar year cycles.
