The forms are out. Submission date will end by June 7, 2019. There will be an entrance for B.Pharm. Refer to this link:

Yes, you can try for B.Pharm in Assam University but you have to appear in the entrance test conducted by Assam University. The filling of form is going on for the entrance test. As you have got the eligible percentage for B. Pharm all you need is to give the entrance test and crack it. According to

You can pursue a Bachelor of Pharmacy (Four Years Duration Course) from Assam University, Silchar (Central University). Admissions for the course has already began.
