Hi Jino,
Candidates who are in the final year of B Pharmacy course will also be eligible to appear for GPAT 2019 exam provided they submit the passing certificate or mark sheet within the time frame set by individual institutions. https://www.shiksha.com/medicine-health-sciences/pharmacy/gpat-exam.

Sorry, there is no B.Pharm course at Sikkim Manipal. There is only one college in Sikkim that provides a pharmacy degree which is Himalayan Pharmacy Institute, Majithar.

Well, to answer your question B.Sc would be better, but in my opinion you are a too good scoring student to study either of B.Sc or B.Pharma. I would rather suggest you appear for national entrances and opt for professional courses.
