No, there won't be any consequences if you decide to enrol in your B.Sc. Nursing programme at AIIMS instead of JIPMER. You are free to select the college that most closely matches your choices and needs. Students are not penalised by a centralised system for declining admission offers from certain colleges, particularly when they apply to different universities like JIPMER and AIIMS.

Swami Vivekananda Institute of Modern Science offers a number of courses, B.Sc being one among them. It is the flagship course if the institute and various specialisations are available in this course.
The minimum eligibility requirement to get admission in the institute for B.Sc (Bachelor in Science) is that the applicant must have scored atleast 50% marks in class 12th examinations. (Either CBSE board, ISC board or WBCHSE board)

A Bachelor degree in any discipline from a recognised Indian or foreign university (as per the AIU foreign equivalence list) having secured a minimum of 50% aggregate in case General, EWS and OBC categories and 45% in case of candidates belonging to SC/ST/PWD categories are eligible to apply. Admission to B.Sc programs at the university is based on the Common University Entrance Test (CUET) scores. Candidates need to clear the CUET exam to be eligible for admission to the B.Sc courses offered at the university.
