No, there won't be any consequences if you decide to enrol in your B.Sc. Nursing programme at AIIMS instead of JIPMER. You are free to select the college that most closely matches your choices and needs. Students are not penalised by a centralised system for declining admission offers from certain colleges, particularly when they apply to different universities like JIPMER and AIIMS.

The eligibility criteria for the B.Sc at Maharaja Ganga Singh University is-

Aspirants seeking admission to 3 Year Full-time B.Sc Program should have passed 10+2 from the recognised Board/Examination.
