This depends on the university you are planning to choose and also the availability there. The number of seats and cut-off plays a crucial role in admission. Therefore you should visit the official website of the universities and keep updated.

IHM Lucknow does not offer direct admission for the BSc programme. You must take the NCHM JEE entrance test in order to be admitted. Your All India Rank will determine if you are admitted. For additional information,  see IHM Lucknow's official website. hope this is useful.

The MG Science Institute in Ahmedabad's website states that the BSc Microbiology degree costs INR 3000 per year. This is far less expensive than the typical annual tuition for BSc Microbiology programme in India,  which ranges from INR 20,000 to INR 2,000,000. hope that was helpful.
