Dear aspirant, Glad to meet you. Students who have done B.Sc. (IT/ CS are eligible to take admission in B.Tech Computer Science through lateral entry mode. According to the AICTE Guidance, candidates who have completed B.Sc. With a minimum mark of 45 percent and have completed class 12 with the subject of mathematics are eligible. So Yes, It is possible to join B.Tech course after completing B.Sc. Through the lateral entry scheme which is offered by most of the Engineering colleges. Hope it helps.

If you are looking for a professional career right after your graduation then you can go for either CS or Electronics but if you want to pursue higher education and are interested in Physics and want to go for research you can choose Physics hons. Hi dear aspirant, Of course you can get admission in B.Sc. Computer Science but it is hard to say anything about B.Tech degree. I would suggest you to follow these steps. First check the central universities offering B.Sc. Degree in computer Science
Then check the state universities
If you get a seat, it solves your issue, but if by chance you don't get a seat then look for your own state universities and colleges. There you will certainly get a seat because they have state quota for their home or state student.
