The caste Certificate are needed in case if you wants to avail the benefits of a particular community. The DM SDM, ADC etc. Are the competent authorities and empowered to issue the caste Certificate on the basis of recommendation of Gram Pradhan, MLA or Madhya Pradesh etc. The caste Certificate. The eligibility criteria of Academy of Maritime Education and Training (AMET), Kanathur Chennai is given below for an idea.
