B.Sc. And B.Tech can be done after the 12th Science. While B.Ed. Needs a Bachelor degree. So B.Ed can not be done after the 12th. The B.Tech course can be the right option. Surely you can go for Masters after successful completion of B.Sc. With 55% or more. But there are few universities where students from different graduation stream cannons opt for master in arts.
