Yes you can be eligible. The eligibility criteria of B.Sc. Nursing of RAYAT-BAHRA College of Nursing is given below.
Eligibility criteria : 10+2 Medical
Age criteria : Candidate must have completed the age of 17 years, on or before 31st Dec. of the corresponding year.
Admission procedure : Admission is done through the counseling of Baba Farid University of Health Sciences, Faridkot.

B.Sc. And B.Tech can be done after the 12th Science. While B.Ed. Needs a Bachelor degree. So B.Ed can not be done after the 12th. The B.Tech course can be the right option.
