For those who have studied Science (PCB) in Class, after class 12th, the most popular courses are B.Tech/BE, Integrated BCA D.Pharma or B.Sc. (Hons) Agriculture, B.Sc. As per the eligibility criteria, A candidate should have pass in BA / B.Sc Degree in Psychology from a recognized university, with minimum of 55 % aggregate marks or equivalent, or pass with 50% aggregate marks in Bachelor's Degree any discipline with Psychology as one of the subject. Hence, B.Sc Human development students are eligible for this programme.

Yes, you can pursue this course.
B.Sc in Hotel Management is a 3-year full-time undergraduate course, the minimum eligibility for which is a Higher Secondary Certificate (10+2 qualification) with a minimum aggregate score of 50% in best four relevant subject.

The most preferred career choice is going for M.Sc. The entrance exam with syllabus differs for different universities and so you will have to check the website of each to get detailed syllabus. You can also purchase book online for preparation.

You have to check the prospectus of the course provided by the institute to get exact information about admission process, syllabus, eligibility criteria, fees etc. But the institute would demand a Bachelors in Nutrition&Dietetics to be eligible.

You can do the course in distance mode but you will have to go for practicals. Some B.Sc Streams are not available in distance mode. What you can do instead is join an evening college or a college where attendance is not an issue. You can also consider IGNOU but it should not be your first option.
