You can go forward with your M.Sc, because it might be necessary. After that look out for jobs or else go on with a Ph.D. If you do not want to do M.Sc. Then you can opt for a MBA.

You can take direct admission there by your 12 board marks and especially good marks in the subject that you wanna pursue as your B.Sc. Major. Best of luck.

Yes, you are eligible for hotel management course. Instead of B.Sc. In hotel management I suggest you to go for B.Voc DEGREE in Hotel Management. B.Voc is a work integrated degree programme where applicants get opportunity to earn while learning.
