Hello,
I hope you are talking of Kalinga Institute of Nursing in Bhuvaneshwar. This institute has just about 60 seats. Moreover almost 50 percent would be under reserved category. So, one can imagine the ranking required to get admission. I am attaching a link that will give you all the required information. https://www.shiksha.com/nursing/course/b-sc-in-nursing-kins-kalinga-institute-of-nursing-sciences-Bhubaneswar-243023

Hello,
It seems that you have obtained a bit less marks, and hence a bit lower ranking. I think there are around 100 seats available under OBC category. So, you can imagine yourself about your position. However, do not loose hope till last spot round that normally is conducted to fill up vacant seats. You may get pleasant surprise.
Best wishes to you.
