You have not write about the college/university name from where you wish to pursue the M.Sc. Genetics course. However, the eligibility criteria of DU's is given below for reference please.
Eligibility criteria of M.Sc. Genetics: A student seeking admission of M.Sc. (Genetics) must have passed B.Sc.

Yes, the course is available with DU. You can do B.A. or B.Sc. Geography. It is based on merit list prepared and released by July mid in DU website. Registration would begin in June end. Here is the website:
