You may study more, if you want to like pharmacy and other subjects to increase your options. MLT have job options for lab technical work only.

After completing B.Sc in MLT, you can apply for M.Sc in MLT or M.Sc in Clinical Research etc. You can also apply for MBA in Pharmaceutical Management.
You can apply for various government exams like UPSC or State government exams like M.Sc SSC etc.
