Admission to such courses often seek a Bachelor's in related field or equivalent. I do not think that your Bachelor's course is equivalent or related to media and communication. But do connect with the college and do a detailed enquiry.

You can't skip one year of college and you have not specified in which college you are seeking admission. What happens is that you will not get the marksheet for one year or two semesters.

The result will be emailed to you with a link which you can click to redirect to the portal. Or visit the official portal of the test where you registered and their notice will be displayed to check your result. Yes, there is a need to visit ABCON for admission purposes.
