Hi Abhirami,
Scholarship chances seems very good for you. US universities are very generous in terms of financial aids and scholarship so give a try in US. Other options include Canada, France, UK, etc. Universities have their own scholarship schemes, just check any university website and visit the financial aid page for details. You can also try schemes like FullBright Scholarships, Erasmus Mundus, etc.

In India, currently there is more importance given to biotechnology and there are so many vacancy for this too. I would suggest you to go for biotechnology. It is a blend of emerging technology with used for biological systems. It is easier to go into Forensic Science or Marine Biology or Environmental sciences or Pharmaceutical Studies with Bachelors in Biotechnology.
For salary, it depends upon the field you have specialised in. If you decide to join industry then biotechnology is more fruitful than microbiology.

If you have done your 12th with science then you can study B.Sc, otherwise you cannot take admission in B.Sc.
