You need to appear for MUHS Entrance Exam and the admissions are based on the marks obtained in test. There is a detailed answer posted sometime back, on a similar kind of question, and here is the link to it- https://www.shiksha.com/college/armed-forces-medical-college-wanowrie-pune-22431/questions?course=27849

* Candidate must have cleared 10+2 or any equivalent examination from a recognised board or university. * The candidate must be from the Science stream with compulsory subjects Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. * The candidate must have scored a minimum aggregate score of least 60% (55% in some institutes) at 10+2 level. * Clearing an entrance exam conducted by the Maritime Institute as approved by the DGCA is mandatory in order to get admission. * There are a host of physical and medical requirements and tests that also need to be MET if a candidate wishes to pursue the course.
All the best.
