No, going for nautical science after 10th will not help you as for B.Sc in nautical science basic eligibility criteria is to have 10+2 completed. So, even after doing the diploma also you cannot proceed with that.
The best option for you will be PU completion.

You need to appear for MUHS Entrance Exam and the admissions are based on the marks obtained in test. B.Sc in Eligibility Criteria:
* Candidate must have cleared 10+2 or any equivalent examination from a recognised board or university. * The candidate must be from the Science stream with compulsory subjects Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. * The candidate must have scored a minimum aggregate score of least 60% (55% in some institutes) at 10+2 level. * Clearing an entrance exam conducted by the Maritime Institute as approved by the DGCA is mandatory in order to get admission. * There are a host of physical and medical requirements and tests that also need to be MET if a candidate wishes to pursue the course.
