Raja Bahadur Venkata Rama Reddy Women College, Narayanguda, Hyderabad can be the good option for you. The college was established in 1954 by the Hyderabad Mahila Vidya Sangam, (HMVS), a non-profit education society with a vision to provide education to women especially to those coming from the rural areas. It is the second the oldest college for women in Hyderabad city to be conferred with autonomous status by UGC. The College is re-accredited with Grade- A by NAAC and is recognised as College with Potential for Excellence (CPE) by UGC. This college offers B.Sc. Programme in combination with Forensic Science. The eligibility criteria :- Candidates should have passed Intermediate (+2) examination, or any other equivalent examination recognised by the Government of T. S, with a minimum aggregate of 40% marks (36% in case of SC / ST candidates) in the optional subjects, provided that the candidates seeking admission to B.Sc. I Year should have studied Science subjects in intermediate. Candidates, who passed Intermediate (vocational) course, should have studied Chemistry as one of the optional subjects. The admission are based on merit. This is important here that 85%of seats are reserved for local students.
