B.Sc in Hotel Management is better option compared to Diploma, because B.Sc is degree course which is more valuable than Diploma and also have more career opportunities.

Well, both the fields are diverse and have wide range of scope for growth and opportunities. Based on interest and skill set, take up the profession. In agriculture field, Managers at Plantations, as Officers at Fertilizer Manufacturing firms, Agriculture Machinery Industries, Agricultural Products Marketing firms, Food processing units are popular posts. There are opening in both government and private sectors. In hotel management, it is a service industry with domains such as catering technology, food and beverages, front office operations, sales and marketing etc.

Since you have done Bachelors already, you may do Masters or an MBA in relevant fields such as hotel, hospitality and tourism industry. Alternately, certificate or Diploma or vocational courses in hotel management, food and beverages, catering operations to name a few.
