Ideally, you should not do hospital management because in job, first preference is given to medical student. So, you have to struggle for job. You should go ahead in your branch- M.Sc or PhD which will make your career more stable.

After Diploma in mechanical engineering, you can take lateral entry in B.Tech but you cannot take admission in B.Sc. As it requires +2 in Science. I have completed Diploma. So, I am saying it from personal experience.
