Yes, for admission in B.Sc computer Science or B.Sc IT or Bachelor of computer application mathematics is mandatory in most of the known and reputed institutes. For example: SRM University has the following criteria:
10 + 2 (Higher Secondary) with mathematics mandatory or computer Science with mathematics (Minimum aggregate of 60%). For any colleges under Mumbai University:
