If you are currently a B.Sc IT student, then start learning new technologies online, do a Microsoft or Oracle certification, explore yourself, find out your areas of interest and work on it & try getting some virtual internship. If you have completed B.Sc IT or if you are about to complete it then you have the following options:
Prepare for MCA CET, if you want to do full-time MCA after B.Sc IT. Prepare for CAT XAT NMAT, CET, etc. If you want to do MBA.
