It totally depends on your interest and strength, go for the subject you're good at. What you love to do. MBA if you've Interest in marketing or business. Go for M.Sc and then Ph.D or integrated Ph.D. If you have an interest in research and B.Ed if you're passionate about teaching. Although you can be a professor during/after Ph.D. if you've cleared NET. You can prepare for UPSC if you're willing to be an IAS/ifs /IPS. SSC if you want to do a government job.

For M.Sc in neurology, you can do any of the following courses:
-
BUMS, Allied Health Science, Life Science, Botany, Chemistry, Biochemistry, BioScience, Physics (recommended), BAMS, BHMS or MBBS (highly recommended).

It's very ambitious of you to think of obtaining graduation within two years of passing your diploma. But yes, once you get lateral admission in a three year duration course, directly into second year, you are going to get degree in two years.
