Sure, you are eligible for PGDM in any college or university. A Bachelor's degree in any discipline with at least 50% is eligible for PGDM. My suggestion is go for PGDM biotechnology/Pharmaceutical management for good job prospects. All the Best for your future.

If we speak about integrated B.Sc B.Ed, then in that case you will surely have to face questions pertaining to Science and Mathematics. Secondly, since it will be B.Ed after your B.Sc, it will be obligatory for you to go through the subjects of Science. After completion of your B.Ed, you will be eligible for teaching Science subject in respective job. I hope this would suffice. All the best and God bless you.

There is no doubt that both of these courses are the best for your future, but these are totally apart from the each other, and if you prepare both, then it will pose difficulty for you and you can't become a topper in both of these and will only remain as an average student.

You could go for M.Sc. in Zoology, Forensic Science, Genetics, Chemistry (if had chemistry as a subject in your graduation), human genomics other than anthropology. There are many colleges that provide admissions in these streams for students of anthropology, as it comes under life sciences.
