B.Sc in marine engineering is a good choice. You can join Merchant Navy after that and make great money. There are many private colleges which offer this course like Anglo Eastern, Tolani Maritime Institute, Chennai School of engineering and many more. Just give the entrance exam and join.

If it is over 5 CGPA then you will be fine. Try to score good in Final year and devote yourself to the studies. 50% marks in graduation is the eligibility criteria for many Entrance Exams and Government Jobs. So, make sure to atleast get a liitle over 50%.
