No, you can't do M.Tech immediately after B.Sc in physics. First, you have to complete M.Sc after B.Sc physics and then you can go with M.Tech.

B.Sc in aerospace engineering? Normally speaking, all the engineering courses are of 4-year duration. Are you eligible for license exam of DGCA? You will get job only after you clear this exam. Starting salaries are about Rs. 50 KPM.

As you have not mentioned the name of the college so the fee structure will be as per the college reputation.
Generally, the fee structure is between 1-2 lakh per year for engineering.
As per the admission procedure of all colleges there will be an entrance test for admission which will ask you the questions related to 12th (science).
