Well, usually the cutoff is high and since you are from general category you may face some difficulty but there is a fair chance for you to get admission there in the second or third round of counselling. Just attend the counselling sessions and you will know.

Look, I think if you have failed in B.Sc. 1st year twice, so you should take any other subject in which you are interested. And, if you are interested in Science, then you have to work hard, then you will be successful in your exams and even in your life.

Candidates with B.Sc Honors can join Avaition as ground staff, pilots, cabin crew, flight dispatchers etc. For ground staff, it requires graduation and for some others class 12th is also accepted. For Pilots, only 10+2 with PCM 50% marks is required. For Cabin Crew, only 10+2 with 50% is required. For Flight Dispatchers 10+2 with PCM 50% marks is the requirement. So, as per the above mentioned criteria, you can apply and get a job as per your eligibility. There are some other jobs which require some specific degree like B.Tech. For Air Traffic Controllers.
