Hi Mithuna,
Both the courses have their own importance. If you are looking forward to pursue B.Sc in either of the fields, then you need to decide if you are interested in making career in researching for plant life or animal's life. The key difference between both the courses is that Zoology deals in study of animals whereas Botany is entirely about the study of plants. So, you need to make a choice if you are interested in Animal kingdom or Plant kingdom and then apply for graduation.

After doing B.Sc in Chemistry, Botany and Zoology, you can pursue M.Sc in any of these subjects. You can also think of doing your B.Ed which will make you eligible for teaching jobs in high schools. The options are vast and many. Once your post graduation is done prepare well for you NET/JRF/SLET; qualifying which will make you eligible for lectureship. PGDM is a Post Graduate Diploma and MBA is Master of Business Administration, both the courses are available via distance mode in many colleges/universities. As far as distance education is concerned, IGNOU is the best option.
