Hi,
The cut off is very unpredictable, it increases every year. But be prepared for 85+ percentile in boards, that's the minimum score.
The first seat gets reserved at 94% or something. So considering all odds, reservations be well prepared with a nice results! Add +5 % to last year's cutoff. That much would be the max score you can predict as your cutoff.

Yes, you are eligible you just need the clear the NCHMCT JEE exam as well as if you want to do from a private institution there are many universities offering the B.Sc. in hotel management.
