Firstly, you should complete your undergraduate education in BCA (Bachelor of computer application) after that you can do your PG in MCA through which you can get hired by the companies with a good salary package. The package will depend on your knowledge, experience and skill set.

No, you can't do B.Sc. Home Science if you are studying commerce, because B.Sc. Is the course of the Science stream and just because you are a student of commerce stream, you can't do that.

The cut-off varies from college to college like if you go for top colleges then the required would be high and for average one the cut-off would be little low, so please be specific, what all colleges are you interested in? You should get 75+ to get a good college in Madhya Pradesh or UP.
