This would depend a lot on you and your career aspirations. If you intend to pursue research /academics as a career then M.Sc is the answer and if you want to move into general management area then MBA should be preferred.

The best scope is next thing. First, you see your point of interest. Do you like chemistry or food technology? Both have wide scope in present as well as in future.

Admission in this college is merit-based. DU released the cut-off and your marks will be checked against the cut-off released by DU. After checking your percentage, they will upload your documents. After that, you will login to your DU portal with your Email ID and password and then pay the fee of that particular course. For more information regarding the admission process, visit DU's website and download the brochure of Delhi University.

Dear Bindia,
I would advise you to take a mock test before start preparing for CAT. This mock test helps you to determine the level at you are from where you need to start learning. However, the best time to start preparing for the CAT-GMAT is after the 3rd semester (provided how much time did you need). Being a physics student, the quantitative section could be easier for you. So put more stress on qualitative section also.
Hope this helps.
Good luck.

If you qualified as a nurse with a Bachelor's degree, you should take this course - the PGDip. If you qualified as a nurse with an undergraduate Diploma you should take the B.Sc. (Hons) School of Nursing (Specialist Community Public Health Nursing) programme. The content of the courses is the same.
